Appodddo was initially created for a specific niche in the performance marketing arena and our goal was to focus our time and energy on specific types of campaigns: Mobile App Offers and Direct Download Offers; this is where our company name comes from. Since then, we have thankfully developed our offering and provide a wide variety of campaigns, however our name has stuck.
The logo is a similar story. We wanted something to represent the ‘shift to mobile’ and so used a very generic app or ‘place marker’ as the backbone to the brand (you can pretty much find this icon everywhere on the web and on TV; its almost subliminal!).
A labor of love in Adobe illustrator, the ‘pp‘ and the ‘dd‘ are supposed to mimic speech marks; a representation of our focus on developing long lasting and friendly relationships with our key stakeholders. We also added a transparent effect and overlap to the letters; again to represent collaboration and a mix of skills between us and our clients.
Branding aside, we love our brand and the culture we have here and hopefully this is obvious in the way we work with you and for you!
